How We Work
Berean hosts a warehouse of public USDA inspection, citation, and OIG records. An engagement is how that database is queried for one question—searched, pattern-matched, and turned into a packet that still points back to the files used.
From warehouse to packet
Agency portals stay where they are. Berean hosts a warehouse of the public record so a livestock or exhibitor question can be searched, pattern-matched, and packaged without starting over. Each item in the packet should still open to the inspection, citation, or OIG document behind it.

Start with the question
If you already know the citation, species, facility type, or OIG issue, we can see whether the held public record is enough to build a packet.
